What to send
- Bug reports: the expression you typed, what you expected, what you got. Screenshots help.
- Parser misses: If From English didn't recognize a phrasing that seems reasonable, send the phrase plus what cron you expected.
- Guide corrections: Spotted a factual error in one of the guides? Send the URL and a fixed version of the wrong passage.
- Platform requests: Want a tool for a cron flavor we don't yet support? Tell us which platform, what makes it different, and a link to its docs.
- Tool suggestions: See a need for a related free tool? See our existing free tools network.
What we can't help with
- Debugging your specific production cron job. We can answer questions about cron itself, but we can't access your server.
- Sponsored content, paid placements, or guest posts.
- Bulk data exports of "popular cron patterns" — we don't collect that data.
